1. Part and assembly design

2. Manufacturing process analysis
After development of drawings, those prints are circulated within the Manufyn database. Manufyn have wide network of Suppliers thoughout India having capability to develop the parts as per the prints. These network of supplier along with Manufyn domain experts assess various manufacturing processes to determine which ones will be most suitable and efficient for producing each component based on factors like material properties, part geometry, required precision levels, cycle times, etc. Only after joint discussions, process is finalized.
