From small Bench Presses to Large Tandem press machines, Manufyn supports in producing all size of parts for various applications. We are also capable of producing welded assemblies using all types of welding techniques.

Our network of suppliers with specialized machinery (press brakes, shears, laser cutters, etc.), and a deep understanding of the properties of different metals and their behavior during various manufacturing processes are capable of meeting your requirements of all sizes of sheet metal parts.

      1. Cutting:

  • Shearing: Large sheets of metal into smaller pieces using a press or shear. It’s a straight-line cutting process suitable for simple shapes.
  • Laser Cutting: Highly accurate and efficient laser cut parts of various small, Large to Extra large size parts, up to 2500 mm X 1500 mm.
  • Waterjet Cutting: Waterjet cutting is versatile and can handle a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

      2. Forming:

  • Bending: Bending machines or press brakes are used to bend metal sheets into specific angles and shapes. This is essential for creating components like brackets, panels, and enclosures.
  • Stamping: Stamping involves pressing the metal sheet against a die to create complex shapes, such as automotive parts and appliance components.
  • Rolling: Rolling machines are used to curve or shape metal sheets into cylindrical or conical forms, often used for making pipes or cylindrical objects.

      3. Joining and Assembly:

  • Welding: Various welding techniques, such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and spot welding, are used to join metal parts together.
  • Riveting: Rivets or fasteners are used to mechanically join sheets of metal together, often used in applications where welding might not be suitable.
  • Clinching: A cold-forming process that creates a mechanical interlock between sheets of metal, eliminating the need for additional fasteners.
